Resolved Question: Roadtrip (CA)?

My friends and I want to go on a roadtrip for spring break, however we aren't sure where to go yet. We want to stay within about 2 hours of here or so(I live in Huntington Beach, Ca). One of my friends suggested Joshua Tree National Park, however I checked out the website to find that its in the middle of the desert. My other friend(as well as myself) that is going wants there to be water to go swimming in such as a lake. Any ideas?... read more
